Tomato 'Bulgarian Triumph' is a medium-sized red tomato with sweet and tangy flavor. The crack-resistant fruits weigh 3 to 4 ounces. It is slow to get going, but when it does it is highly productive. We like to freeze them whole in gallon-sized bags and make tomato soup all winter. This Bulgarian heirloom tomato was developed by Manfred Hahm-Hartmann.

Sowing Tomato Seeds: 
 
Start seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date, 1/8 inch deep. Transplant outside 2 weeks after the last frost date.  Plant tomatoes deep in the soil for a better root structure. Space 3 feet apart. Full sun.
