Tomato 'Thessaloniki'

25 seeds. 80 days. Solanum lycopersicum. Indeterminate.

Tomato 'Thessaloniki' has sweet, red fruits that weigh about 5 ounces. It is productive and good for canning as the fruits are firm. This 1957 open-pollinated variety was bred in Greece.

Sowing Tomato Seeds:

Start seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date, 1/8 inch deep. Transplant outside 2 weeks after the last frost date. Plant tomatoes deep in the soil for a better root structure. Space 3 feet apart. Full sun.
