Pepper 'Sweet Cherry'

55 seeds. 80 days. Capsicum annuum. Tender perennial.

Pepper 'Sweet Cherry' has small, red fruits on productive plants. Sweet Cherry pepper is a favorite for pickling and stuffing with spiced cream cheese for hor' d'oeuvres. My favorite way to eat these peppers is to roast them over open coals in a fire pit on a cool summer evening.

Sowing Peppers Seeds:

Sow seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date, 1/4 inch deep. Transplant the peppers 2 weeks after the last frost date or when there is no hint of frost. Space 15 inches apart. Full sun.
