Dracocephalum 'Blue Moon' has blue, hooded flowers that bloom in late spring. It looks lovely combinded with other jewel-toned flowers. Plant it near the front of the border with other late spring flowers such as Lychnis viscara and Alyssum saxatile. Also known as Dragon's Head. Hardy perennial in zones 4 through 9.

Sowing Dracocephalum Seeds:
Start seeds indoors in late winter. Barely cover with soil, then refrigerate for 3 weeks. Full sun to part shade. Afternoon shade in hot summers.
