Zinnia 'Red Cap' has warm-red, double blooms that are less than 2 inches across. The fairly short plants make a great display through the late summer to frost. Hummingbirds are attracted to the bright red flowers. Red Cap zinnia originated from Russia and we got our seeds from Seed Savers Exchanged. Now a rare variety.
