Strawflower mix has several colors of flowers in red, pink, orange, yellow and white. Pinch the tips of the plants to make them bushier. Strawflower is drought tolerant and easy to grow. Also known as paper daisy.
 
I fondly remember growing and drying strawflowers as a child. We would use them on little crafts. Make sure to cut the blooms off when they are partly open as they will continue to open while drying. Helichrysum bracteatum is native to Australia.
