Carrot 'Uzbek Golden' has stocky bright yellow roots. It really shines in the late summer as it does not become bitter in the heat like other carrots. And Uzbek Golden is even better in the cooler months. Its fine texture and soft root won our hearts as our favorite carrot for eating raw.
