Bean 'French Gold' has 7-inch, stringless, yellow pods. It was bred in France to be used as a filet bean, which means it is picked quite small at a 1/4 inch in diameter. This delicate open-pollinated bean brings fancy French cooking into your home. Not recomended for freezing or canning.
