Arugula is a peppery green for spicing up your summer salad. It can be planted in early spring and succession sown every few weeks. Arugula is sweeter in spring and becomes more spicy during summer. The whole plant is edible, including the flowers and buds. 


Sowing Arugula Seeds:


Sow seeds outdoors in spring. Sow 1/8 inch deep and 1 inch apart. Thin to 3–4 inches apart.
